Mrs. Minnie Andrews Taft, 78, of 1015 Bell Ave., died at 5:30 this morning in the Oak Hills Nursgin Home, Lorain. She had been in ill health since November.
Mrs. Taft was born in Amherst, Jan. 17, 1889. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ and the Elyria Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph E.; a sister, Mrs. Emma Linder, Amherst; two nieces and one nephew. Two bothers, Harry and Edward Wolf, preceded her in death.
The funeral service will be in the Sudro-Curtis Funeral Home Saturday at 2:30 p.m. The Rev. Bruce Kriete, St. Paul United Church of Christ, will officiate and burial will be in Ridge Hill Memorial Park.
Friends will be received in the funeral home this evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
