OBITUARY:

Mrs. Elizabeth N. Herr, fifty, wife of Charles F. Herr 1824 Anne Ave., died at 4:35 a. m. yesterday at the Lancaster General Hospital following a five-month illness.
She was born at New Holland, a daughter of Lydia A. Hess Allison and the late Aaron A. Allison. Except for a short time in New Holland, she has been a lifetime resident of Lancaster. She was a member of the Ross Street Methodist Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons: Charles F. Herr Jr., New Providence, and Richard K. Herr, Lancaster; a daughter, Betty Jane, wife of Lloyd B. Snyder, Manheim; four grandchildren and five brothers and sisters: Elsie M., wife of Walter H. Geisler, Lancaster; Emma C., wife of Ira S. Zimmerman, Bausman; Ruth M., wife of A. Paul Brill, Lancaster; Elmer C., Lititz, and Paul N., New Holland.
She is also survived by two step-brothers Martin Allison, Missouri, and David Allison, Churchtown; and a step-sister, Lillian Johnson, Lancaster.
