On December 25, 1917, she was united in marriage with Allen Bowman, and to this union four children were born. One son, Earl Robert Bowman, preceded her in death.
Eva has been a faithful member of the Goodwin Calvary Baptist Church for many years.
Those surviving include one son, Bob Bowman of Camdenton, Missouri; two daughters, Letha Claxton and Helen Goodwin, both of Lebanon; one sister, Georgia Patrick of Chesterfield, Missouri; five grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Eva is also preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Allen; three sisters, Pearl Gibson, Alma Sweatt and Eula Jones; one brother, Ralph Webster; and by a granddaughter, Joni Lea Burns.
She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, tatting and embroidery and also working in her flower beds. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
