Indiana State Board of Health Certificate of Death No. 223 for Indianapolis Marion County records that Anna Kinnick, white female, age 43y 0m 19ds, and single, died at 3:47 am on April 4 1912 at City Hospital in Indianapolis. The cause of death was "Septic Peritonitis" with ".......Carcinoma of Rectum" as the contributing cause. She was the daughter of James Kinnick, born in Virginia, and Mary Alexander, born in Indiana. The informant was Rex Rudicel of City Hospital, and she was buried at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin Johnson County.

Greenlawn Before 1927 by Alan Jones states: Anna Kinnick, white female, buried on or around April 6 1912 in Section 10 Lot 2. (Copied from Book 2 page 25. Another entry for the same burial in Book 1 page 82 consists mainly of ditto marks, but contains the same information as the first entry, except for the decedent's gender.)
