Mrs. Ida H. Verrette, 94, of East Syracuse died Aug. 18th at Van Duyn Home and Hospital. Born in East Syracuse, she retired after 30 years with Syracuse Letter Graphics. She was a communicant of St. Matthews Church and a member of the Altar and Rosary Society; a member of Arthur Butler Post 359, American Legion Auxiliary; a member of the Holy Trinity Senior Citizens Group; and a former member of the Knights of Columbus Father Leo Finley Council Columbiettes. Her husband, Emil Verrette, died in 1958. She is survived by a son, Carl Verrette of Clay, and by 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were at St. Matthews Church.
