Tula Ann Allen was born to John and Francis (Kimmel) Allen of Garber, Oklahoma on October 29, 1930. She passed from this life February 23, 2018, at the age of 87.
She married Charles Ripley in 1957 and was married over 30 years until his death in December 1988. Tula married Bill Perel in 1992 until his death in January 2013.
She is survived by four children; nine grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; two step-children; and four step-grandchildren.
