Ms. Marilyn Meeks Pulliam, age 68, of Sandersville, died Friday, February 16, 2018 at Oconee Health and Rehab Center following an extended illness.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 19th at 11:00 a.m. at the May and Smith Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Zeta Cemetery in Tennille. Rev. Danny Thomas will officiate. Pallbearers will be Russell Meeks, Neal Meeks, Hunter Pulliam, Larry Pulliam, Jordan Sauls and Will Mosley.
Ms. Meeks was a native of Washington County, the daughter of the late John Henry Meeks and the late Mary Hitchock Meeks. She was formerly employed by Washington County Regional Medical Center as a LPN and she was a homemaker. Ms. Meeks was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include: her children, Larry Pulliam and his wife Kim of Harrison, Scott Pulliam and his wife Peggy of Sparta, John Pulliam and his wife Kristina of Covington and Kim Pulliam of Oconee; ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville.
Donations may be made to Oconee Heath and Rehab patient activities fund, 108 Ridgeview Drive, Oconee GA. 31067.
