Services for Hazel Bowdoin Bell, 85, of Elkhart, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Garden of Memories Cemetery with the Rev. Don Dodge officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.
Mrs. Bell died Saturday at Cartmell Home.
She was born in Anderson County on June 14, 1909, to A. D. and Mary Gammage Bowdoin. She was a homemaker and a seamstress. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Elkhart.
Mrs. Bell was preceded in death by a sister, Gladys Alice Bowdoin Bell; and a brother, W.O. Bowdoin.
She is survived by her sister, Edna Muriel Jones of Elkhart.
Pallbearers will be David Melton, Mike Melton, Joe Chaffin, Ernest Brooks, John Moser and John Dobbs.
Condolence calls will be received from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
