William Price Expires Today
ELWOOD -- William Price, 72, 2222 South D St., died this morning at nine o'clock at his home. He had been ill one week.
He was born Jan. 22, 1884, in England, the son of James and Mary Ann Price. He married Opal Hurst, Oct. 5, 1922. Mr. Price was a retired employe of Delco-Remy and a member of the East Main Street Christian Church.
Survivors include the widow, two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Vetters, Kokomo, and Mrs. Donna Lee Sullivan, Elwood; one brother, Jack, Granite City, Ill.; three sisters, Mrs. E. M. Williams and Mrs. Hannah Lawmoth, both of Granite City, Ill.; Mrs. Alice Barnhill, Cannonsburg, Pa.; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The body was taken to the Copher and Fesler Funeral Home. Arrangements have not been completed.
