She was born November 30, 1908, in Madisonburg, a daughter of the late Charles and Jennie Best Miller.
She was retired from Bendix Electronics.
She enjoyed flowers and gardening.
She was survived by a daughter, Phyllis Cody of Baltimore; two sons, Richard C. Ard of Baltimore and Samuel Graham of Bel Air, Maryland; a sister, Florence Bradford of Millheim; a brother, Ernest Miller of Kent, Ohio, ten grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was at the Connelly Funeral Home, Baltimore, and funeral services were held at the Steven R. Neff Funeral Home, Millheim, with the Reverend Nancy Kuhns officiating.
Burial was in Salem Lutheran Cemetery, Aaronsburg.
