The funeral of the late William E. Ellenberger, who died in a Pittsburgh hospital Tuesday morning, will be held at the Ellenberger home, 1203 Logan avenue, Tyrone, this afternoon, conducted by Rev. J. Resler Shultz, pastor of the First Methodist church, followed by burial in Grandview cemetery.

Mr. Ellenberger was a son of the late William and Cecilia Ellenberger and was born in Centre county, April 5, 1862. On December 23, 1885 he was united in marriage with Miss Emma L. Rider, who with one son, Dr. Earl Ellenberger, of Wilkinsburg, and one sister, Mrs. Anna Kyle, of Nealmont, survives.

He was a member of First Methodist Episcopal church and the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. Mr. Ellenberger had been a resident of Tyrone for nearly fifty years.
