She was born October 24, 1924 in Gaston County, daughter to Rufus and Addie Carpenter Hager.
Jenielle was a lifelong member of Concord United Methodist Church. She served on many committees and held numerous offices in Missions, and the United Methodist Women's group and prayer group. Jenielle also served as a Sunday School teacher.
Her greatest joys were spoiling her girls, family time, bowling, trips to the beach and riding carousels, especially on her birthday.
Jenielle loved traveling, she has visited every state and seen each state flag.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt.
She was preceded in death by her husband Martin Lewis Ramsey; brother Joe Hager; sister Johnnie Earl.
