Survived by wife, Janet, of Duchesne; children: Kimble Ray Black, Julie Chesnut, Richard Todd Black; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, a brother, Jack (Dorothy) Black, all of Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by parents, one brother and three sisters.
