BRENNEMAN, E. Webster
MCHENRY — E. Webster Brenneman, 94, of Marsh Hill Rd., McHenry, died Monday, Sept. 26, 2005, at Goodwill Mennonite Home, Grantsville.

Born June 22, 1911, in McHenry, he was the son of the late Nelson and Ruth (Glotfelty) Brenneman. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mabel G. (Duckworth) Brenneman, Jan. 1, 1991.

Mr. Brenneman was a member of McHenry United Methodist Church and was a Sunday School teacher. He had also been employed at Duckworth’s Store, Keyser’s Ridge and also the clerk’s office in the Garrett County Court House. He was also involved in Mountain Top Youth for Christ.

Surviving are one son, Eugene W. Brenneman and wife JoAnne, Marietta, Ga.; one sister, Deretta Duckworth, Grantsville; four grandchildren, Cheryl Wilson, Apex, N.C., Paul Brenneman, Marietta, Joyce Glass, Albany, Susan Phillips, Sacramento, Calif.; and four great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 26722 Garrett Highway, Accident, (McHenry) on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be conducted on Thursday at 11 a.m. at McHenry United Methodist Church with the Rev. Bill Dawson officiating. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Accident. Expressions of sympathy may be directed to Gideon’s, International.
