For now, the representatives of the Colorado Judicial system believe Ralph is receiving more of a life than what he deserves but execution was not permitted in this case. The maximum legal penalty, life in prison, is what he is living. Jehovah God will ensure justice takes place, and Pam gets the life she deserves.
