Ephus Learl Pratt, of Harrison, passed from this life on Christmas Day 2017 at his home. He was 85 years old.

Visitation is Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at Holt Memorial Chapel from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Funeral service is Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Holt Memorial Chapel. Brother Ricky Stone and Brother Dewey McGarrah will officiate. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery. Pallbearer are Keith Hunt, Kyle Berry, Skyler Pratt, Adam Chaney, Bruce Pratt, and Ted Carter. Honorary pallbearers are the staff at Legacy Hospice and Dr. Victor Chu.

The son of Harrison Morton and Montey Mae (Middleton) Pratt was born on January 26, 1932 at Vendor, AR.

Ephus was a founding member of Faith Assembly of God Church and also enjoyed attending church at Believer's Fellowship and at Brother Ricky Stone's church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Theodore, Fred, Guthrie, and Deward Pratt; six sisters, Lilly Dickey, Edna Carter, Rosa Pratt, Marie Main, Veda Cavness, and Louise Smith.

Survivors include his wife, Virginia Pratt, of the home; one daughter, Renee Hunt, of Harrison; four sons, Michael L. Pratt and wife, Mary, of Valley Springs, Timothy Pratt and Randy Pratt, both of Harrison, and Kevin Lee Jones, of Arkansas; seven grandchildren; 11 grandchildren; three brothers and their wives, J.R. and Lilly Pratt, of Seligman, MO, Leroy and Janette Pratt, of Lead Hill, AR, and David and Dawn Pratt, of Mtn. Home, AR; one sister and her husband, Sue Shirlene and Bob Keys, of Lead Hill, AR; and numerous other family and friends.
