Eunice belonged to New Hope Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher for many years. She worked as an office manager for Farm Bureau Insurance until she retired. Eunice was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Janie Cosby, husband Odra Mountain, sisters Georgia Duncan and Sandra Cosby and nephews Terry Cosby and Edward Duncan.
