MUSCODA - Mrs. Dora Duffey, age 94, passed away Saturday, January 9, 1982, at the Riverdale Manor after a long illness, she was born August 1, 1887, near Muscoda. She was the daughter of Andrew and Caroline (Folk) Drone. She was married to Edward Duffey who preceded her in death February 22, 1962. She is a member of the United Presbyterian Church and the Mary's Quilting Circle. She was a charter member of the American Legion Ladies' Auxiliary, the Leslie J. Lee Post 85. Surviving is a son, John E, Duffey, Muscoda, a daughter, Mrs. George (Mary D.) Williby of Flushing Michigan, five grandchildren and eight greatgrandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents and brothers and sisters. The remains will be cremated, and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Burial will be in the Muscoda Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the United Presbyterian Church.
