He married Rebecca Reade, daughter of Esdras Reade and Elizabeth Watson in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, per the New England Historical & Genealogical Register.
He died in Chelmsford, on 30 November 1709, per Massachusetts Town Records.
He was likely buried in Forefathers Burial Ground Cemetery, although there is no surviving stone to indicate his burial.
