Bert was born on July 12, 1935 in Sellersburg, IN, to the late Louis and Mary Rauck.
She was retired from Clark Memorial Hospital where she worked as a dietician. Bert was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and loved gardening and being outside working in her yard.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William T. Zenor; and a sister, Mary Rose Brock.
She is survived by her two daughters, Brenda (James) Bagby; Teresa Snodgrass; her loving companion of 33 years, Wilbur Snelling; four siblings, Kenneth (Gloria) Rauck; Martha (William) Lozier; Norma (Kenneth) Balentine; Joan (Bob) Worrall; three grandchildren, J.R. Bagby; Jason William (Tabitha) Bagby; Allen Lee Snodgrass; and three great grandchildren, Allie Joe Bagby; Hadley Bagby; and Hudson Bagby.
