She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Bill; five children, Susan Clegg (Mike), Bubba Trivett, Jr., John Trivett (Janet), Shirley Scott (Brad), Teresa Myers (Petie); one sister, Ruth A. Seay; nineteen grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Clara loved her family dearly. She will be missed, often remembered, held near to our hearts and embraced again in Glory.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in the Mount Moriah Baptist Church, 5780 Mount Moriah Rd., Powhatan. Interment church cemetery.
