Ander "Pat" Rogers Sr., 52, of the 700 block of Warfield Drive, a retired assembly line worker, died July 15, 1992, in a hospital.

Mr. Rogers was born in Dillon, S.C. He had retired from Gwaltney of Smithfield. He was a member of New Testament Church.

Survivors include his wife, Bertha R. Rogers; three daughters, Lisa Rogers and Karen Rogers, both of Portsmouth, and Rose N. Fields of Chesapeake; three sons, Ander Rogers Jr. of Goldsboro, N.C., Keith L. Rogers of Sacramento, Calif., and Eric W. Fullford of Germany; his stepmother, Helen Rogers of Jersey City, N.J.; a sister, Ruby R. Devine of Hollis, N.Y.; and six grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday in New Testament Church by Elder Charles H. Bowens II. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will begin at noon Sunday in Corprew Funeral Home. The body will be placed in church at 12:30 p.m.
