OAKDALE - Funeral services for Mary Jessie Longino, 91, will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1, in Rush Funeral Home. Burial will be in Griffin Hill Cemetery in Long Pine.

Mrs. Longino died at 8:42 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2000, in the Oakdale hospital.

Longino, 91, of Oakdale died Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2000, in Oakdale Community Hospital. She was a native of St. Landry, a member of Centerville Baptist Church.

Survivors: sons, Alva Longino of Oakdale, Edward Longino of St. Landry and James Longino of Bunkie; daughters, Drucillo Gautro of Dupont, Ionia Latour of Channelview, Texas, Blanchie Rollins of Bayou Chicot and Viola Landrenau of Vidrine; brother, Clarence Chelette of Williana; sister, May Peavy of Colfax; numerous grandchildren to great-great-great-grandchildren.
