Mrs. Mary Louise Housley, 49, died at her home at 122 Park Avenue today following a lingering illness.

She was born December 17, 1887, at Fairview, Utah, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lorenzo Davidson. She moved to Darby in 1892, coming to Pocatello in 1925. She was prominent here in the L.D.S. Relief Society, the Y.W.M.I.A. and primary work.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Linn M. Davis, and Ester Housley; and a son, Grant W. Housley, all of Pocatello; four sisters. Mrs. Anna W. Dewey of Victor, Mrs. Ellen O. Ellis of Pleasant Grove, Utah, Mrs. Rena J. Petersen of Jackson, Wyoming, and Mrs. Lenora Tyler of Pocatello; three brothers, Arland L Davidson of St. Anthony, Nathaniel Davidson of Parker, and Eskil L. Davidson of Pocatello; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. from the Fourth ward L.D.S. church with Bishop R. M. Garbett officiating. Interment will be at Parker under the direction of the Hall Mortuary.
