Irene Neely Wells, age 84 of London, KY, passed away on Friday, November 3 at Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY.
She leaves behind two daughters, Charlene Worley and husband Wendell, Marlene Caudill and husband Jeff, both of London, KY; five grandchildren, Ethan Worley, Andrew Worley, Caleb Caudill, Robert Wells, Jessica Cummins; two great-grandchildren, Danny Wells, Lucas Cummins, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Burl J. Wells; her parents, Andrew Mckinley and Laura Bell Price Neely; one son, Danny Lee Wells; five siblings, Roy Neely, Robert Neely, Coy Neely, Henry Neely, and Hazel Baker.
She was a home maker. She was of the Baptist faith and attended Star of Bethlehem Church. She was loved and will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
Graveside services for Irene Neely Wells will be conducted Sunday, November 5, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the A.R. Dyche Memorial Park with Jerry Brown and Bro. Gary Lawson officiating. Interment will follow also at A.R. Dyche Memorial Park.
