Daniel Bruce Grimes 58 died Wednesday March 14, 2007. Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday at Sinclair Baptist Church with Dr. Don Long and Rev. Jerry Bradley officiating. Burial will follow at Baldwin Memorial Gardens. Mr. Grimes was a native and life long resident of Baldwin County. He was retired from the Georgia Department of Corrections. He was a Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of Sinclair Baptist Church. He was an avid hunter and a man who truly loved people and enjoyed making them laugh. Survivors include his wife Barbara A. Grimes, his son, Daniel Erik Grimes and wife Amanda Christine, his daughter, Wendy A. Grimes, his granddaughter Ainsley Christine Grimes, two brothers, Horace Melvin Grimes and Douglas Keith Grimes and wife Angie, a half brother, Bobby Grimes and wife Sandra, a half sister, Marie Schneider and husband Bob all of Milledgeville.
