Marian Margaret Haynes was born July 17, 1925 in Great Falls, MT. She was the daughter of Roe and Florence Ogden. Marian attended elementary school in Cascade and Great Falls, graduating in 1943 from Great Falls High School.
She was employed in accounting at Graham and Ross Mercantile, Bitteroot Supply Company, and Consumer's Press in Great Falls. She also worked at Getter Trucking in Cut Bank, and she was an Activity Director at a resort in Arizona for several years.
She was a U.S.O. Hostess during World War II.
In 1946, she married Norman Nygard. He died in 1963. They had four children.
In 1968, she married Glenn (Bud) Haynes. They resided in Great Falls until 1969 when they moved to Cut Bank, returning to Great Falls in 1978. They later lived in Lincoln, MT and Apache Junction, AZ. They returned to live in Great Falls, where Bud passed away in 2007.
Marian enjoyed reading, dancing, cooking, summers at Lincoln and winters in Arizona, and her many wonderful "club" friends.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Norman Nygard, and second husband, Glenn (Bud) Haynes; two brothers, Merle Ogden and Cecil Ogden, and a sister, Erma Hodson.
