He was a WWII, U.S. Military veteran who served in the 101st Airborne Division, graduated from Marquette University and had a long career working as a CPA. Francis was active in the Lions, Optimist and IOOB clubs. A Mass will be held May 20, 2015 at Our Saviour Catholic Church in Cocoa Beach. Beckman-Williamson Funeral Home in Cocoa Beach is serving the family. Published in the Florida Today May 19, 2015.
