Our sweet mother and grandmother, Marie Angell Johnson, has finally been reunited with her eternal companion, Richard. She left us 9; March 13, 2002.

Marie was born July 10, 1917 to Solomon Angell and Grace Davis.

She married Richard C. Johnson on November 14, 1937. Their marriage was extended to eternity in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on April 14, 1952. Dick died April 11, 1981. Their joyous reunion brings us peace and comfort.

Marie was a loving and accepting person, making all feel special. She was active in the LDS Church, holding many positions and was the captain of the Wells Ward DUP Camp.

She will be especially missed by her children, Karen (Conrad) Erickson, Tony (Darlene), Mark (Barbara), Bryan (Judy), and Christine Day; sisters, Dora Smyer and Jo Ann (Gayland) Orton; brother, Robert (Vera) Angell; twenty grandchildren; 31 1/2 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She will be joining not only her husband, but also her brother, Jim; sister, Lois Elaine; and grandson, Jared.

Her funeral will be held on Monday, March 18, 2002 at Deseret Mortuary, 36 East 700 South. Family and friends may call at the mortuary on Sunday, March 17, 2002 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and prior to the services on Monday from 10:00-10:45 a.m.
