Colleen W. Boshell, 86, of Lake City, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2016 at her home. She was born May 20, 1929 in Williford, AR to the late Adam Wilson and Dora Gipson Stroder. She worked for American Greetings for 32 years and was a homemaker later in life. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

Mrs. Boshell was preceded in death by her parents; a grandson; and five brothers.

Survivors include two sons, Marion (Donna) Boshell of Quitman, and Byron (Carol) Boshell of Oklahoma City, OK; two daughters, Linda Boshell of Monette and Robbie (Randy) McDole of Lake City; nine grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and two sisters, Betty Combs of Pearl, MS and Carolyn Holland of St. Louis, MO.

Funeral services will be 1 pm Wednesday at Lake City Assembly of God Church with Nick Fletcher officiating. Burial will follow at Lake City Memorial Cemetery.Visitation will be 5:30-8 pm Tuesday at the church.

Ricky Stevens, Payton Boshell, Jeff Miles, Dennis Stroder, Randy McDole and Marion Boshell will serve as active pallbearers.

Phil Combs will serve as honorary pallbearer.
