'Mrs. Eva L. Simonis, 93, of 228 Hanover St., died yesterday in Maumee Valley Hospital. Mrs. Simonis was born in Missouri and was a resident of Toledo for 70 years. She was a member of the Western Avenue Methodist Church. She is survived by her step-son, Norvell K. Simonis, of Toledo. The body will be in the Walter Mortuary after 7 tonight. Services will be Friday at 1 p.m. in the mortuary, with burial in Toledo Memorial Park."
Eva was first married on Apr. 10, 1898 in Williams Co. Ohio to John A. Fritz (John Fritz died in 1934). Her second marriage was to Albion E. Peabody in Lucas Co. Ohio on Aug. 10, 1935 (Albion died in 1944). Her last husband was Otto Simonis. Otto married her in Lucas Co. Ohio on March 25, 1948 (Otto died in 1959).
