“Mrs. Charles Arendt, sister of Mrs. Dave Young and B. F. Wietrick of this city, died at St Joseph early this morning. The body will arrive here tonight on the 9:17 Burlington and will be taken to the Norman Funeral Home where it will remain until the funeral services which will be held from the Elm Street Methodist Church Saturday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock conducted by Revs. Hanes and Gray. Interment in Edgewood.
Mrs. Arendt, whose home was in Kansas City, spent the summer here with Mrs. Young. She is survived by her husband; one sister, Mrs. Young; and four brothers, B. F. Wietrick of this city, George Wietrick of Lamar, Colo., Gory Wietrick of Calhoun, Mo., and Emery Wietrick of Pennsylvania.
