This is Cassa Ann (Cassandra) McAlister Costen b. 12 Jul 1814 and died 23 Sept 1853, one day after giving birth to son Thomas Jefferson Costen on 22 Sept 1853.

Cassa Ann is the wife of William Wallace Costen and daughter of William Crawford McAlister. She is also sister to Hila (Hilly) Ann McAlister, who later married William Wallace Costen on 30 Sept 1854, (along with his 12 children) only to become his widow 12 days later upon his death on 12 Oct 1854.
