She was born and raised in Mount Holly, the daughter of the late Howard and Doris Moore.
Karen was a supervisor at Burlington Coat Factory in Edgewater Park until her retirement.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Mount Holly.
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Carlton; children, Scott Dobovich (Michelle) and Victoria Simmons; grandchildren, Ashley Simmons, Daniel Simmons, Matt Nickerson, Kyle Nickerson, and Christina Shehata; a sister, Coulette Thorn (William); a brother, Howard Moore III; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Relatives and friends may visit the family from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10, at Perinchief Chapels, 438 High Street, Mount Holly, where funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. Burial will take place in Mount Holly Cemetery, Mount Holly.
