Mrs Steenblock was a native of North Dakota. She married Martin Steenblock in 1919 and the couple farmed in North Dakota until 1937 when they oved to the Lodi area. Mrs. Steenblock was in retail sales and owned and operated a foundation garment shop in Lodi for 25 years. She was a member of Emanuel American Lutheran Church for 52 years and enjoyed sewing, gardening, cooking and church activities.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1974. She is survived by five sons, three daughters; five half-sisters and three half-brothers, 19 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Committal in Cherokee Memorial Park Cemetery.
