The body was to remain at the home of her daughter until time of the services at 3 P.M. Wednesday at the Talley Funeral home. The Rev. Joe B. Rice, pastor of the Fundamentalist Baptist Church, was in charge of services. Interment was in West Hill cemetery.
Mrs. Rogers is survived by six daughters; Mrs. Lucy Loyd, Ardmore, OK; Mrs. H.T. Cotten, Waurika, OK; Mrs. J.B. Potter, San Antonio, Mrs. W.S. Blake and Mrs. Elmore of Sherman. She is also survived by one son, Walter H. Rogers of Mangum, OK, several grandchildren, one great grandchild, and one great great grandchild.
Mrs. Rogers was born in Kentucky in 1855. She had lived with her daughter in Sherman for the past year. She had been a member of the Baptist church since childhood.
