Nell was a loving mother and friend, who never met a stranger. Nell was greatly loved by her husband and her 4 children. She was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Nell loved the Lord and her church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Burton Devine Sr; her father, Walter Lee Walker; her mother, Matilda Eran Walker; her sister, Delores Clearman (Floyd).
Survivors include her daughter, Linda Broome (Jim), Laurel, MS; daughter Joan Yates (Frankie), Ellisville, MS; son, Bill Devine, Jr. (Renee), Purvis, MS; daughter, Tracey Geddie (Steve), Ellisville, MS; grand Children Jimmy Broome Jr. (Vicky), Stefanie Broome, Jeffrey Broome, Melanie Valentine (David), and Kristy Busby (Joseph).
