ROBERT RAY NEVINS, Age 77, Passed away on Saturday September 23, 2017 at the Overton County Health & Rehab. Center in Livingston. He was Born April 3, 1940 in Clay County Tennessee., to the Late; Robert Lee Nevins and Mary Butler Nevins, who survives.
He was a Member of Livingston Church of Christ. He had worked many years for the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
Survivors other than His Mother, are His Wife, Ester Jean Carmack Nevins, a Daughter, Ann (Jerry) Thompson, of Tompkinsville, a Grandson and a Great-Grandson. also, a Half-Sister.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 A. M. Tuesday September 26, 2017 in Chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Bro. Brooks Boyd will Officiate.
Burial in Overton County Memorial Gardens.
