Born on March 26, 1939, in East Stroudsburg, she was a daughter of the late Durling and Alice (Stettler) Ace and had worked in retail service.
She is survived by her children, Deborah “Debbie” Picard and her husband, James, of Whitehaven and Al Frantz and his wife, Marissa, of Stroudsburg; five grandchildren: Jamie Frantz, Jimmy Picard, Jen Boyd, Ashley Frantz and Andrew Frantz; 11 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Kenneth and Harold “Toot” Ace; a sister, Berneda VanWhy; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four brothers: Durling, Richard, Robert and Clarence Ace; and three sisters, Evelyn Kindrew, Janet Shouppe and Iva Hineline.
There will be a viewing from 10 a.m. until the start of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20, at William H. Clark Funeral Home, 1003 Main St., Stroudsburg. Burial will follow at Prospect Cemetery, East Stroudsburg.
