Gary Glenn Brinlee, 72 of Holdenville passed away on September 15, 2017 in Norman, Oklahoma. He was born on November 10, 1944 in Holdenville to Glenn Carol and Ruth (Crow) Brinlee. He attended Yeager and Holdenville Public Schools. He served our country honorably in the United States Army from 1965-1969. He married Joyce on March 26, 1993 in Holdenville. Gary loved his family, he most enjoyed time spent with his family. He spent many years on the racetrack training race horses. Gary worked in the oildfields and later for Brown and Root Construction as an electrician. He and Joyce enjoyed serving the community as co-owners of Pat’s Café. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church. He loved the Lord and served on the church board for 16 years. He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers Donnie Crow and Johnny Brinlee. Funeral service is scheduled for 10:30AM on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at the First Assembly of God Church in Holdenville. Bro. Alan Lewis and David Cranfield will officiate the service. Interment will follow at the Holdenville Cemetery in Holdenville.
