William Rowell, the son of Captain Volontine Rowell and Eleanor Colson. Husband of Melissa Harrelson. Supposedly buried in the Rowell Cemetery at Rowell Landing located in Floydale near Little Pee River. Land privately owned. No visible markers. All cypress markers are decayed.
