Florence M. (Evans) Beaubiah, 97, of Syracuse, died on Monday at Francis House. She had retired in 1971 after 20 years with Fleischman's Furniture Company. She was a member of St. Stephen Lutheran Church and the Senior Fellowship. Shewas predeceased by her husband, Leonard who died in 1993; son, Robert who died in 1930; and daughter, Nancy Goldschmidt who died in 1999. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara (Dick) Dwyer of Lyncourt; son, Gary E. (Louise) of Cicero; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; two nieces and two nephews. Funeral services are Friday at 11 a.m. at the Frasier-Shepardson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours are Thursday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home, 1217 N. Salina Street. Contributions may be made to St. Stephen Lutheran Church or Francis House.
