Passed away at home on Sunday, September 3, 2017.

Elsie was a native of Delaware and former longtime resident of Elsmere. She was a life member of Elsmere Fire Company #1 Ladies Auxiliary.

Family was always her top priority, from her beloved Ray (with whom she is now reunited) to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. They surely will miss their GiGi and MomMom.

Elsie is preceded in death by her husband, G. Ray, her parents, Charles and Elizabeth DePrisco, her brothers, Sonny and Jimmy, and her sisters, Grace and Linda. She is survived by her children, David (Tamara), Joey (Cathy), Karen Weeks (Bob), Dan (Jolyn), and Gino; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; her sisters, Charlotte, Betty, Dot, and Nancy; many loved in-laws; and a large extended family.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Service at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Highway, Elsmere, on Saturday, September 9, at 12 noon. A viewing will take place at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 10:00 am to 12 noon.

Burial will take place on Wednesday, September 13, at 1:00 pm at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, DE.
