Adam Kubik, 35, who died Sunday at 817 West Fayette Street, will be buried in Sacred Heart Cemetery. The body was removed to the home of a relative, 312 Marcellus Street by John Giminski, undertaker. Funeral services will be conducted there Wednesday morning at 8:30 o'clock and a half hour later in Sacred Heart Church.
