She was a native of Evans county but lived in Statesboro most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Claxton First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Tucker, Statesboro; two daughters, Denise Tucker, Statesboro and Donna Tucker, Atlanta; her father Clyde Edenfield and stepmother Gladys Edenfield, both of Atlanta; and a brother, James C Edenfield, Atlanta. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Hodges-Turner Funeral Home with Dr. Alfred Rowton officiating.
