He was a member of Masonic Lodge 456 in Riverbank, California. Served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War 1952-1956 on the U.S.S. Blue. After being honorably discharged he was married to the love of his life, Beverly Sherman for sixty years.
Paul was employed by Randik Paper Company for forty-nine years. Member of Big Valley Grace for a number of years and an usher at Shelter Cove for the past fifteen years.
Together Paul and Beverly raised four children, Pamela Tennison, Billy Tennison, Bryan Green (Kristi), Gary Green (Elma). He leaves behind six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, two sisters and his son, Billy Tennison.
Funeral services will be held at St. John's Chapel of the Valley, 430 Downey Avenue, Modesto, California at 10:30 on Friday, September 1, 2017.
