THELMA C. TIBBETTS
Thelma Edna Cannon Tibbetts, 68, of Tremonton, died June 28, 1985,
at, her home of an apparent heart attack.

She was born Dec. 29, 1916, in Stone, Idaho, the daughter of Lewis Ray and Jennie LuEmma Laub Cannon.
She married Clifford Bowcutt Sept. 12, 1936, in Logan. They were later divorced.
She married Hyrum Fred Paetsch on Sept. 1, 1951 in Elko, Nev. They were later divorced.
She married Jack Tibbetts in 1964. He later died.
She had lived in Fielding, Ogden, and in Tremonton the last 34 years
She graduated from high school and Steven Henagers Business College in Ogden.
She was a member of the Tremonton LDS 1st Ward, serving in the past as a Primary teacher, Cub Scout leader and Relief Society visiting teacher.
She was a seamstress, taking many 1st place ribbons and sweepstakes awards for her quilts at county fairs.
She had worked for the last 18 years at Hill Air F Base, receiving Many superior awards and commendations.

Survivors include three sons and two daughters; Errol Glade Bowcutt, Garland; Michael Clifford Bowcutt, American Embassy, Zaire, Africa; Hyrum Fred Paetsch Jr., Tremonton;
Mrs. Kent (Susan) Lish, Garland, Mrs. Richard (Sandra) Nelson, Bothwell; 15 grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren.
Also surviving are two brothers and four sisters; Owen Cannon, Mrs. Wayne I. (Lucille) Waldron Sandall, Mrs. Eddie (Lola)
Krey, all of Tremonton, Sheldon Cannon, Delta; Mrs. Harold (Leah) Holley, American Fork; Mrs. Albert (Dorothy) Herbold, Rupert, Idaho; Mrs. Charles (Hortense "Tensie") Pink, Anaheim, Calif.
She was preceded in death by one son.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the Tremonton 1st-7th Ward Chapel with Bishop Max J. Weese officiating.
Friends may call at Rogers Mortuary in Tremonton on Wednesday from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Interment, Tremonton Riverview Cemetery.
