Leah Cannon Holley, 94, died November 4, 2012, in Provo, Utah. Born July 28, 1918, in Stone, Idaho, to Lewis Ray and Jennie Luemma Laub Cannon. She married Harold Hanson Holley December 31, 1937, in Ogden, Utah, and the marriage was later solemnized in Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died Dec. 15, 1989. An active member in The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints, Leah served with her husband in the Provo Utah LDS Temple as a matron. She belonged to the American Fork Arlitra Club and the Thalian Club of Spanish Fork. She loved to quilt and was famous for her baby quilts and her raspberry jam. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Leah always loved people and loved serving them. She is survived by Jim (Marlene) Holley, Janet (Jon) Trotter, Anne (Paul) Michaelson, Steve (Debi) Holley, Mindy (Mark) Warner; 23 grandchildren and 69 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, seven sisters and six brothers.
