Mrs. Clementine Ridge of Rices Landing, one of the oldest women of that section, died Monday. She was 92 years old and her death came as the result of diseases incident to old age. Until one year ago she enjoyed excellent health but since that time she had been failing. She was a widow of John Ridge, whose death occurred several years ago. She was a member of the Presbyterian church and when her health permitted always took an active part in church work. She is survived by one son, Samuel Ridge of near Clarksville and two daughters, Miss Catherine and Miss Tina at home. The funeral services were conducted at the Ridge home by he Rev. John C McMinn of Jefferson. Interment in the Hewitt cemetery.
