Katherine (Katie) DiMauro-Molloy died on May 23, 2007. She was 91. Katie was born on December 21, 1915 to Donato and Angelina Pelliccio. She was married for over 40 years to James DiMauro who predeceased her in 1979. She lived most of her life in Mount Vernon, NY before moving to Eastchester. She is survived by her husband, James Molloy, whom she married on December 21, 1990. She is also survived by her brother, Carmine Pelliccio and her loving daughters - Elvira Lazaros and her husband, Harry, of Lakehurst, NJ; Linda Allison and her husband, Phil of Tuckahoe, NY; Katheryne Beach and her husband Ron of Kinnelon, NJ. She is also survived by her eight adoring grandchildren, Harry Lazaros and his wife Elizabeth; Linda McGuigan; Theresa Stallone and her husband, Frank; Nicholas Allison and his wife, Chari; Phyllis Cesarini and her husband, Anthony; Lori Anne Bugbee, Veronica Beach and Ronnie Beach; and seventeen great grandchildren. She was retired from Sears & Roebuck and was one of their top sales people for many years. She loved people, she played golf and she loved to dance, but above all, she loved her family and was an amazing woman who gave of herself completely. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Friends may gather on Friday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM, at WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC., Eastchester. At 8 PM on Friday there will be a time to share memories of Katie. Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, May 26, 10:30 AM at Immaculate Conception Church, Tuckahoe, followed by interment at Holy Mount Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made on her behalf to: The Wartburg Foundation, Wartburg Place, Mt. Vernon, NY 10552.
